Robert Lewis Andrews, a 40-year-old male from Cincinnati, Ohio, died in the early morning hours of Friday, April 10, 2026, after a shooting in the Hartwell neighborhood. Police said Cincinnati District 4 officers were called to De Camp Avenue around 4 a.m. for a report of a person shot. When officers arrived, they found Andrews suffering from gunshot wounds, and emergency responders began life-saving measures, but he did not survive.
