Marqui Conley, a 26-year-old African American man from Middletown, Ohio, tragically died on November 4, 2019, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Conley was involved in a shooting incident earlier that day, which led to him crashing his car into a building on Flatt Terrace in the Spring Grove Village neighborhood.
