A man is found deceased inside a parked car
On March 28, 2016, James Stephens, a 27-year-old man, was found dead in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place in the 700 block of Neave Street in the Lower Price Hill neighborhood. At around 10:00 p.m., District Three officers from the Cincinnati Police Department responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered James Stephens deceased in a parked vehicle. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
