On December 1, 2023, at approximately 11:50 p.m., 30-year-old Hober Nolasco Hernandez was fatally shot in the 700 block of Stelzer Road in Columbus, Ohio. Columbus Police officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Hernandez suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:00 a.m. on December 2.
