On May 15, 2024, 18-year-old Leonai Johnson was apprehended by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) at an apartment near the crime scene. Subsequently, on October 11, 2024, 26-year-old Cashemere Cole was arrested by the Cleveland Heights Police Department. The pursuit of justice continued, and on October 15, 2024, 34-year-old Marshae Davis was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals and NOVFTF at a residence in Cleveland Heights.
