Devon Penn, a 16-year-old student-athlete from Arbor View High School in North Las Vegas, Nevada, was fatally shot on February 29, 2024. The incident occurred around 3 pm in a business parking lot in the 5900 block of Losee Road.

Penn was a promising young athlete, participating in both football and track teams at Arbor View High School. He was born on October 16, 2007, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and was known for his bright future in sports.
