In the early evening of March 5, 2024, a vehicle crash on Dreamy Hill Avenue in North Las Vegas revealed a grim scene. Inside the car was 28-year-old Justin Smith, a Black / African American male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. First responders rushed him to University Medical Center in critical condition.
