Omari Kwakou Thomas, a 45-year-old man from Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident in Minneapolis on July 28, 2024. The incident occurred around 1:10 AM in the 3200 block of North Penn Avenue. Thomas suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and was subsequently transported to North Memorial Health hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries hours later.
