Kadar Niman Jibril, a 27-year-old man from Corcoran, Minnesota, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on August 31, 2024, in Minneapolis. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. in the Whittier neighborhood, specifically in the 2900 block of South Grand Avenue.
