In the late hours of a spring evening in Minneapolis, tragedy befell 40-year-old Jack Perry Frazier, a Black male whose life was cut short on Saturday, May 16, 2020. The events of that night left a void in the lives of those who knew him and a case for law enforcement to unravel.
