Rodney Bernard Cooper, a 52-year-old resident of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident in south Minneapolis on September 2, 2024. The fatal event occurred around 3 a.m. near the intersection of South 13th Avenue and East Lake Street in the Phillips neighborhood.
