A man is shot and killed during a drive-by shooting
Anthony Delbert Stubbs Jr., a 23-year-old Black man, was killed in the early morning hours of Friday, December 2, 2016, after returning to the North Side of Minneapolis from a night out with his sisters. Just past 2 a.m., he had dropped them off after they went dancing to celebrate an upcoming birthday.
