On a Thursday afternoon in Minneapolis, police were called to an alley in the 100 block of West Lake Street for what was initially reported as a possible drug overdose. Upon arrival, however, officers discovered a man who had been shot. The victim was identified as 27-year-old Abdirizak Mahamed Abader, a Black male from Mankato, Minnesota.
