On March 26, 2023, at approximately 7:20 p.m., Montgomery County Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment building located at 2001 Treetop Lane in Silver Spring, Maryland. Upon arrival, officers found a male victim in the stairwell of the apartment building with an apparent gunshot wound.
