On a Saturday afternoon, the life of Christina L. Hall, a 62-year-old White female from rural Oswego, Kansas, was unexpectedly cut short. The date was January 13, 2024, and what had begun as a deer hunting trip with her husband concluded in tragedy. After finishing their hunt, the couple returned to their pickup truck. As her husband, Derek Hall, was attempting to unload his rifle in the back seat of the vehicle, the firearm discharged.
