On October 6, 2024, 21-year-old Hannah Tanui of Wichita, Kansas, was found deceased alongside her ex-husband, 26-year-old Jan Tanui, in what authorities have identified as a murder-suicide. The incident occurred in the early morning hours at a residence in the 800 block of South Edgemoor Street.
