Lawrence Herr, a 66-year-old white male, was working as a handyman in Kenner, Louisiana, a job he had diligently performed for 15 years. On a Monday morning, while installing a mailbox on Georgetown Drive, his life was tragically cut short. He was discovered lying in the driveway with a gunshot wound and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
