John Henry Ruffin Jr., a 41-year-old resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, was fatally shot on July 15, 2023. The incident occurred just before 2:30 AM outside a downtown Shreveport nightclub. Ruffin was shot multiple times and subsequently died at 3:15 AM at Ochsner LSU Health Hospital.
