Curtis Monroe, a 50-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on February 24, 2017, in Shreveport, LA. He was discovered suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to University Health hospital, Curtis Monroe succumbed to his injuries.
