In the winter of 2017, the life of 50-year-old Curtis Monroe, a male resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Friday, February 24th, Monroe was in the Cedar Grove neighborhood of Shreveport when he became the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident prompted an immediate response from local law enforcement, who initiated a homicide investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
