In the quiet community of Bowling Green, Kentucky, the holiday season of 1993 was shattered by the perplexing disappearance of 25-year-old Ronald Brett Kinser, who was more commonly known as Brett. On the night of December 23rd, just before midnight, Brett was involved in a single-car accident.
