William 'Scott' Crain was a 22-year-old man from Bowling Green, Kentucky, who disappeared under troubling circumstances on November 21, 1994. On the night he was last seen, Crain had been out drinking with friends. The account given by his companions is that they dropped him off near Riverview Drive and Louisville Road, in the vicinity of the Barren River.
