On January 15, 2014, 15-year-old Clayton Lynn Mccarter disappeared from Bowling Green, Kentucky. At the time, he was a resident of the Potter Children's Home. Authorities believe Clayton left the home voluntarily with another juvenile resident, 13-year-old Rodney Scott. The two boys were last seen together in the 300 block of Chestnut Street. When he was last seen, Clayton was wearing a t-shirt over a collared shirt, pajama pants, and socks, but he had no shoes. His head was shaved, and his left ...Read More
