In the late summer of 2023, the life of Brandy Joyce Hanks, a 41-year-old Caucasian woman from Alexandria, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On September 10, 2023, Hanks was a victim of gun violence in her hometown.

Following the shooting, law enforcement officials identified a suspect in connection with the incident. As the investigation progressed and after Hanks succumbed to her injuries, the charges against the suspect were upgraded to second-degree murder. The individual sought by ...
