In the crisp autumn of 2014, the life of 18-year-old Caucasian male, Erik Valencia, was tragically cut short in Omaha, Nebraska. On the last weekend of October, what should have been a time of youthful enjoyment turned into a mystery that would leave a family heartbroken and a community searching for answers. The day he was last seen by his family was meant to be a celebration for his younger sister's birthday, a day he never arrived for.
