On September 22, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred in Alexandria, Louisiana, resulting in the death of 26-year-old Malik Daquan Lynch, also known as "Toot Cobain." The incident took place at approximately 7:20 PM when the Alexandria Police responded to a call at 73 Eastwood regarding a shooting victim. Upon arrival, officers found Malik Lynch deceased at the residence, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
