In the quiet evening of Friday, September 22, 2023, tragedy struck the life of 26-year-old Malik Daquan Lynch. A resident of Alexandria, Louisiana, the young man was found deceased at a residence in the 70 block of Eastwood at approximately 7:20 PM. Responding to a call about a shooting victim, officers from the Alexandria Police Department discovered Mr. Lynch had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
