On January 17, 2024, Kenneth Ary, a 58-year-old resident of Walker, Louisiana, was fatally shot along with his 21-year-old daughter, Helen Ary, at their home in the Pleasant Oaks Mobile Home Park. The incident occurred following an argument between Kenneth, Helen, and his other daughter, Kennetra Ary, 22, who lived with him.
