In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Walker, Louisiana, an argument between acquaintances escalated to a fatal conclusion. On November 15, 2020, 32-year-old Jacob Posey was shot and killed. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on Salem Cemetery Road.

Responding to the scene, Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office deputies discovered that Posey had sustained a single gunshot wound. The investigation quickly pointed to 30-year-old Dana Bozeman as the alleged shooter. Authorities believe tha ...
