In the early hours of Tuesday, February 27, 2024, a burst of gunfire on North 37th Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, ended the lives of two teenagers. One of the victims was 19-year-old Luis Servin, a Black / African American male. The shooting occurred just after midnight, shattering the quiet of the neighborhood.
