On a tragic Halloween night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Justin Rashad Abadie, a 37-year-old African American man, was found in his car, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred on Saturday, October 31, 2020, in the 3900 block of North 38th Street. Authorities responded to a call at approximately 7:30 p.m. and discovered Abadie, who was then rushed to a local hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
