Marcus Coleman, a 23-year-old resident of Rayne, Louisiana, lost his life to gun violence on July 31, 2024. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of Noon Street at approximately 5:30 am. During the early morning hours, Coleman was shot, and despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries. He was airlifted to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, he did not survive.
