In the early morning hours of July 31, 2024, the life of 23-year-old Marcus Leon Coleman was tragically cut short in Rayne, Louisiana. Known to his loved ones as 'Bean,' the young man was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach in the 1000 block of Noon Street around 5:30 a.m. Emergency services arrived at the scene and he was quickly airlifted to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Despite the efforts to save him, Marcus Coleman was pronounced dead from his injuries.
