Stephen Cox, a 68-year-old man from Gainesville, Florida, was last seen on September 4, 2019. His disappearance is considered suspicious, as his burned white Ford F-150 truck was found at the bottom of a sinkhole shortly after he was last seen. Inside his home, investigators found his wallet, credit cards, and cash, but his cell phone, which is believed to be a Samsung smartphone, was missing. These unusual circumstances have led investigators to suspect foul play in his case.
