Danny Randall Jackson, a 12-year-old boy from Gainesville, Florida, was last seen on the evening of August 25, 1989. Danny, who had a mischievous personality and may have had ADHD, was last observed by his older brother around 8:30 p.m., sitting alone in a neighbor’s car listening to the radio. The neighbor, who had a criminal history involving minors, was reportedly watching Danny from inside his home before claiming he was going to bed.
This neighbor would later become a person of interest in the case, but no charges were filed due to insufficient evidence.
Initial reports suggested that Danny might have been seen later that night with two unidentified men in a brown Chevrolet Impala, but these sightings were never confirmed. Despite extensive searches and investigations, no trace of Danny was ever found, and his case remains unsolved.
