On a Friday afternoon in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 23-year-old Raymond Flores was tragically cut short. On November 3, 2017, his parents came home to a scene of horror, finding their son critically injured from a gunshot wound. The emergency call brought Phoenix police officers to the residence near 15th Avenue and Indian School Road shortly before 2:30 p.m.
