On a Friday afternoon in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 23-year-old Raymond Flores was tragically cut short. On November 3, 2017, his parents came home to a scene of horror, finding their son critically injured from a gunshot wound. The emergency call brought Phoenix police officers to the residence near 15th Avenue and Indian School Road shortly before 2:30 p.m.
Paramedics rushed Raymond to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
In the initial stages of their investigation, Phoenix police detectives noted that there was strong evidence suggesting the shooting was connected to drug activity.
