In the late evening hours of November 25, 2019, a heated argument in the parking lot of a Phoenix, Arizona apartment complex escalated into deadly violence, claiming the life of 37-year-old Luis Sanchez Hernandez Jr. A Hispanic man, Hernandez was a chef who had attended the Arizona Culinary Institute and was remembered by loved ones as an outgoing, loving, and warm-hearted person who was a great husband and an awesome father to his six children.
