In the summer of 2024, a grim discovery was made in a second-floor apartment in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, Arizona. Firefighters, responding to a blaze on July 15th, entered the residence to find the bodies of three individuals, including 37-year-old Samuel Lott.
