On April 15, 2023, a mass shooting occurred at Chickasaw Park in Louisville, Kentucky, resulting in the deaths of 17-year-old David Huff and 28-year-old Deaji Goodman. The incident happened around 9 p.m. when hundreds of people were gathered at the park to enjoy an unusually warm spring evening.
