Damion "Snoop" Morton, a 38-year-old man, was fatally shot on April 8, 2017, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was found on Cypress Street in the Parkland neighborhood, a victim of gun violence. Morton's mother, Delphine Prentice, has publicly shared the deep grief she continues to experience, recounting how she rushed to the hospital after learning her son had been shot in the back of the head.
