In the summer of 2023, the life of Thomas Frank Wideman, a 50-year-old man from Frankfort, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. Known affectionately as 'Biscuit,' he was fatally shot on the night of July 9th at the Hickory Hills Apartments on Marlowe Court. First responders were dispatched to the apartment complex at 11:23 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Wideman's body; he was pronounced dead at the scene from a single gunshot wound.
