On the night of November 7, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded in Science Hill, Kentucky, resulting in the death of 66-year-old White male Ardyth Ray Prather Jr. Responding to a call around 11:47 p.m., law enforcement officers discovered Ardyth Ray Prather Jr. deceased from apparent gunshot wounds at his residence on Raleigh Road.
