In the city of Louisville, Kentucky, a life was tragically cut short on the evening of Monday, November 13, 2023. Jordan Deion Trotter, a 26-year-old Black male, was fatally shot in the Shively area. The incident occurred in the 4600 block of Grandview Drive, just north of Rockford Lane. Shively Police Department officers were dispatched to the scene around 8:50 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
