In the late autumn of 2017, the life of 27-year-old Andrew Remillard was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. On November 27th, he and another individual, Parker Smith, were discovered deceased inside a parked vehicle in a lot near the intersection of Indian School Road and 16th Street.
