April Nicole Newcomb-Cripe, a 28-year-old woman, was fatally shot on April 15, 2023, in Southeast Portland, Oregon. The incident occurred around 11:25 p.m. in the parking lot near the Wimbledon Square and Gardens apartments, located at the intersection of Southeast 28th and Southeast Colt Drive, close to Reed College.
