Who killed Linda Lincoln in 1999?
On July 11, 1999, Linda Lincoln, a 41-year-old woman from Portland, Oregon, was found unresponsive in her car near the intersection of N. Borthwick and Prescott. Emergency responders attempted CPR and transported her to Emanuel Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Earlier that morning, Lincoln had informed friends that she had been robbed and beaten by two men, describing the assailants as African-American males, near NE 17th and Alberta.
