On May 21, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred in the Hazelwood Neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. The incident took place in the parking lot of the 130th Stark Street Mall, where officers from the Portland Police Bureau East Precinct responded to reports of shots fired at approximately 1:23 a.m..
