Joshua Michael Kelvin

On the evening of June 4, 2024, Joshua Michael Kelvin, a 42-year-old Caucasian male from Aumsville, Oregon, was working as a rideshare driver in Portland. Just before midnight, in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood, an unknown individual or individuals opened fire on his vehicle at the intersection of Southeast 130th Place and Southeast Ramona Street. Kelvin was struck by the gunfire and died at the scene from a gunshot wound, his death later being ruled a homicide by the medical examiner.
