On November 22, 2023, Sakdara Khoeun, a 19-year-old from Lowell, Massachusetts, was fatally shot at a house party held at a residence on Westford Street in Lowell. Khoeun was brought to a local hospital by his friends after suffering a gunshot wound, but he was pronounced dead later that day.
