On a cold February morning in Lowell, Massachusetts, the life of 24-year-old Anthony Luna was cut short in a sudden act of violence. In the pre-dawn hours of February 17, 2018, police responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of O'Connell and Fay Streets. There, they discovered Luna inside a Mercedes-Benz, suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Lowell General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
