On a cold February evening in Lowell, Massachusetts, the life of 30-year-old Jimmy Iem was tragically cut short. On February 16, 2019, Iem, a father of two young children, was visiting a friend on Spring Avenue. He had just returned from a Valentine's Day trip and had briefly stopped by with his son.
