On a Thursday afternoon, February 15, 2018, Marc Devoe, a 34-year-old man, was out with a coworker to get lunch in Lowell, Massachusetts. What began as a simple errand escalated into a fatal encounter that ended his life. While on the road, Devoe was involved in a traffic dispute that appeared to be a random act of road rage. Following the altercation, he was shot once in the chest.
