Jodessa Cooper, a 53-year-old female, was found deceased in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Her death was the result of a gunshot wound.

On that day, police discovered Cooper alone inside a locked vehicle near East 38th Street and North Sherman Drive. She had been shot and killed in the car, which belonged to her boyfriend, David Ross. The couple had reportedly been out celebrating Ross's birthday earlier.
