Jodessa Cooper, a 53-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was found shot to death on January 25, 2023. Her body was discovered in a vehicle near the intersection of East 38th Street and North Sherman Drive on the city's east side. The vehicle was parked outside an apartment complex.
